Hi my name's Richard, I've been with first direct now for well over 12 years. During that time I've always found first direct to be an excellent company to be with. The staff that I've dealt with on numerous occasions, have always been very friendly, very pleasant, and have helped me over a number of products and issues, but have never been too pushy. They have certainly come to the top in traumatic circumstances; when I had my credit card stolen, they were very helpful in not only being able to resolve the situation and get me back on track with new cards, but also have very friendly banter that eased me through this traumatic situation. I have to say that as a Yorkshire man and dealing with finance, which is very close to my heart, first direct are the best company that I've ever dealt with. And as a Yorkshire man a commendation like that, has to be highly recommended.
